Vipta Terms & Conditions — Your Rights and Responsibilities

1. General Terms

Vipta is an online entertainment platform offering Sports Betting, lottery, jackpot, and casino games. These Terms and Conditions have been drafted in accordance with applicable laws in Bangladesh and constitute a legally binding agreement between the user and Vipta.

• Vipta's services are available to individuals aged 18 and above only.

2. Account Registration & Verification

Providing accurate and complete information when creating an account on Vipta is mandatory. Registering with false or incomplete information may result in account suspension or termination at any time, and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

• Each person may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or bank account is prohibited.
• You must provide your real name, date of birth, and contact details during registration.
• Vipta may request a copy of your National ID or passport at any time for identity verification purposes.
• Large withdrawals may be restricted until your account has been verified.
• Keep your password secure and do not share it with anyone. If you forget your password, use the "Password Reset" option.

After account creation, Vipta will send a verification email. Certain features will be restricted until your email is verified. If no deposit is made within 30 days of registration, the account may become inactive.

3. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Depositing and withdrawing on Vipta is simple and fast. We support transactions via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 | Maximum deposit: ৳50,000 (per day)
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 | Maximum withdrawal: ৳1,00,000 (per day)
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15–30 minutes. During peak times, processing may take up to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method you used to make your deposit.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Vipta does not charge any service fees on transactions; however, your mobile banking provider's own charges may apply.

Vipta is not responsible for failed deposits. Transactions may be delayed if a mobile banking server is down. In such cases, our support team will do their best to assist you.

4. Bonus & Promotion Terms

Vipta regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus offer comes with specific terms that users must read and understand in full.

• The welcome bonus is available to new users only and can be claimed once.
• To withdraw bonus funds, you must meet the specified wagering requirements (typically 10x–30x).
• Bonuses that are not used within the specified time limit after being credited will expire.
• Attempting to claim bonuses by creating multiple accounts will result in the suspension of all associated accounts.
• Vipta reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.
• Winnings from free spins are also subject to wagering requirements.

5. Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a bet remains incomplete due to a technical issue, Vipta will issue a refund.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited to maintain the security and integrity of Vipta. Violating these Terms & Conditions may result in account termination and forfeiture of any deposited funds.

• Depositing through money laundering or illegal funds.
• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses or promotions.
• Using bots, automation software, or hacking tools.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes.
• Gaining unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Threatening, abusing, or harassing Vipta's brand or staff.
• Registering under a false identity or forging KYC documents.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

9. Account Closure & Suspension

• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (12 months).
